Description

A perfect alternative to steel banding, our woven polyester strapping offers many benefits. Firstly, it is much better at retaining any applied tension over long periods of time and is less susceptible to tension relaxation, caused by variations in ambient temperature. Woven polyester strapping also remains tighter than other steel strapping systems on loads that contract or become compressed.

Woven Strapping

Woven Straps by Fortris are made of Polyester materials. Woven strapping has low stretch, high tensile strength and hardly absorbs moisture. Woven straps are a more economical solution than traditional palletisation methods for many applications.

Our Woven strap complies to International Standards from Germanischer Lloyd. Woven strap is safe and easy to apply, it has no sharp ends or edges preventing injury to users or damage to the cargo being secured. Polyester woven strapping does not split or tear lengthways unlike many other strapping systems, thereby keeping its integral strength and ability to retain heavy loads.
